A prospective purchaser of this sixty acre island retained the services of Islands By Design Ltd. to conduct a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment that ultimately led to a Phase II Assessment.

Hawksnest - Cat Island

Islands By Design Ltd. Master planned a 400 acre development in south Cat island. IBD was further retained to design the marina. The first phase of the marina is completed with a second phase to commence soon.

Bahamas Film Studios at Gold Rock Creek

Islands By Design Ltd. were retained to conduct an Environmental Impact Assessment on the tank and further conduct construction monitoring. IBD were also retained to write an Environmental Management Plan for the filming of Disney's Pirates of The Caribbean II & III.
